Delivery and returns policy.
All goods are dispatched in securely sealed envelopes. UK Goods are mailed 2nd class free of charge, Non UK customers please e-mail for delivery cost. All orders received before 3pm (GMT) are despatched the same day.

Faulty Goods
If any goods supplied to you are found to be faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault and return the faulty goods. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we’ll issue you with a full refund via your original payment method.
Goods damaged in transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Unwanted Goods
If once you receive your order you find it to be either wrongly ordered or just not needed or wanted, we request that you report it to us within 7 days and return the goods to us unopened. Once the returned goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
